Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe

I have to admit, making this Chicken Caesar Wrap was such a satisfying experience. I love how crisp romaine, juicy chicken, and creamy Caesar dressing all come together in a soft tortilla. It’s quick, filling, and absolutely perfect for a no-fuss lunch or dinner.
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas – Soft and flexible tortillas work best to easily roll the wrap.
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken – Rotisserie grilled, or leftover chicken all make this convenient and flavorful.
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce shredded – Crisp romaine is ideal; avoid frozen or wilted lettuce for the best crunch.
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated – Freshly grated cheese melts beautifully and adds authentic flavor.
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing – Use homemade or store-bought for a creamy tangy touch.
  • Optional: extra Caesar dressing for serving – It’s great for dipping or drizzling for more flavor.

Method

  1. First, shred your cooked chicken and romaine lettuce. I like to have everything ready before assembling so the process is smooth and fast.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and spread 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing. Add a layer of shredded lettuce, then top with 4 ounces of chicken and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  3. Carefully roll each tortilla, tucking the sides in. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or wax paper and refrigerate until serving. I always slice them in half for a neat presentation.

Notes

  • I always use freshly grated Parmesan—it adds a sharper flavor that pre-grated cheese can’t match.
  • For extra crispness, I keep the lettuce chilled until assembly.
  • I prefer adding a little dressing on the side, so the wrap never gets soggy.
  • If I’m using leftover chicken, I warm it slightly for a comforting touch, but cold chicken works well too.
