Pat your shrimp dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture. Place them in a mixing bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, minced garlic, and Parmesan. Toss until every shrimp is coated evenly.
Preheat the air fryer to 360°F. Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even crisping. Shrimp are done when they turn opaque and slightly firm.
Remove shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately. I like mine over pasta, in a fresh salad, or with a side of cocktail sauce. Sprinkle extra Parmesan or chopped parsley for an elegant touch.
