Start by preheating your air fryer to 390°F. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the salmon pieces gently to coat evenly without breaking them.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Stir until smooth. Pour half into another bowl and set aside to drizzle over cooked salmon later.
Toss the seasoned salmon pieces in the remaining sauce. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd. Air fry for 4–5 minutes, flip, and cook another 4–5 minutes until the salmon reaches 140–145°F internally.
Transfer salmon to a serving plate and drizzle with the reserved bang bang sauce. Sprinkle chopped chives on top for color and added flavor.
